If
you do NOT see a teacher on the list, they are not having conferences.
Please
address any questions to your teacher. Please visit the faculty
directory to contact the teacher. Teachers will
also post information under their News in Edline.
Instructions
for signing up:
• Step 1: Select/click a teacher from the list on the left with whom you
wish to conference.
• Step 2: Select/click an available time from that teacher's schedule.
• Step 3: Type the student's first initial and last name with grade separated
by
a
comma (i.e. J. Doe, 10) in the provided space. Please follow this naming
convention. Click submit.
• Step 4: Select a different teacher to schedule or simply exit the window
when you are finished.
• Step 5: Develop a list of your schedule and keep this in a safe place
for reference.
Method
for removing a student's name from a schedule: (REMOVALS ONLY,
does not mean schedule change)

E-mail smoore@vdoh.org with the
teacher's name and time you signed up for along with the student's name to be
removed.
Note: If you are using a Web-based E-mail (Hotmail, Yahoo, AOL, etc.), you
will need to type smoore@vdoh.org in the address line as clicking on the link
requires a configured email program (Outlook, Outlook Express, Entourage, etc.).
The
conference link will close on Tuessday, October 14, 2008 at
12:00 PM. You may refer to the dates to confirm your schedule.
